3. T-Shirt Orders larger than 5 items.
Because we are not sure which items or sizes will be "most"
popular yet, we have kept our t-shirt startup inventory low. If you are
placing a "LARGE" order, please email (mailto:ourmom@thatkidscompany.com)
us for a target ship date. Merchandise can be ordered very quickly, so
it should not add on too much time. (*Lunch totes, pens, and water
bottles should be ready to ship.)
* Shipping and Handling
1. Shipment is by United States Postal Service (USPS) with online tracking.

2. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery !!! (Although we hope to be
quicker than that!).

3. Charges for shipping and handling are non refundable.
* Returns and Exchanges
We hope everyone will be satisfied with the items they order. If you
are not, items may be returned within 30 days of ship date. Items must be received back to us in the same condition as they were
received, ready for resale. We will return the cost of each item returned only.
The cost of shipping the return is your responsibility.
